BATOR develops, produces and installs robust and technical innovative drive systems and control  untis for all kind of requirements in the field of industrial doors.
The control units are equipped with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and frequency converters to support the more complex control, safety, security, and process measurings. Such control units can be easily integrated in existing systems for data exchange with a primary control unit.

Operating elements

The drive Systems for opening and closing the door Systems are designed self-regulating. The safety control is recognizing automatically all sorts of errors and interruptions. Depending of the occasion, it stops or reverses the door movement before an accident appears. E.g. Pinching fingers between door elements is expulsed through special form of rubber seals.

Rubber profiles

Durable rubber seals between door elements are minimizing thermal loss. The seals are consisting of UV-resistant, weather conditions resistant, and acid-resistant permanent elastic rubber profiles. The minnim gap between the elements are reflected by the international norms for power-operated door systems.  

Static dimensioning

The extremely robust design enables even at high wind loads and rolling burdens very large-scaled doors. Nevertheless, there are physical limits to respect. BATOR adapts your door at the architectural conditions.

Panels and door fillings

The Kernel of the door are sandwich panels made of CFC-free PU foam. Thanks to a proven Clip system the sandwich elements can be replaced easily. The on both sides hemetic wet silicone sealant protects the door efficiently against wind-driven rain and corrosion.

 Upper 'C'-channel

The robust 5-6mm (1/4") strong 'C'-channel profile allows  an installation without expected difficulties on the structure (e.g. concrete, steel, timber etc.)

Carriage

Thank to the carriage system of BATOR doors can be manoeuvered easily and quietly. The wheels are incorporating a maintenance-free Special bearing system and a sound-absorbing liner. The robust welding structure of the galvanized carriage guarantees for maintaining all Forces at movements without twisting.

Hinges

The hinges on the door elements are on all sides welded (not screwed). A thrust-bearing for taking the vertical Forces guarantees a perfect functioning and the grease Fitting guarantees for a long-term Operation.

Lower track system

Depending of the strucutral conditions four options are available:

  • embedded for smooth passage 
  • barrier-free tie 
  • Cross-sill
  • Counter-sunk track with integrated drainage system
