BATOR TUNNEL DOORS

During the last decade, BATOR GROUP got awarded with various successfully installed car and train tunnels. Here an except of our recent projects:

Marmaray Train tunnel, Istanbul (Turkey)

Train tunnel 60-70 m (183 - 217 ft.) under seal level in the Bosporus. 115 V4A stainless steel sliding doors with certified fire protection Level over 240 minutes. Design Explosion load of 100 kN/m2 (2,088 lbs. / ft2). Size 5.0 m x 3.8 m  (15 x 12 ft.)

Mappa-Moretino Street Tunnel (Switzerland)

Horizontal Sectional door, opening on both sides. Pressure resistance up to negative pressure of 30 kN/m2 (626 lbs. / ft2); fire-insulation up to 120 min. Size 12 m x 4.8 m (36 ft. x 14 ft.)

Metrorex, Bucharest (Romania)

The Metro system in Bucharest needed for the new extended line n° 5 new blast-resistant doors. 82 swing doors for Entrance, Tunnel closure and Ventilation System) were ordered for design, production and delivery. The doors are blast-resistant up to 75 kN/m2  (1,566 lbs. / ft2).
